FOS COMPUTER CLUB CLASSES
SHOULD I TAKE A CLASS?
For many of us, computers still seem complicated and frightening.  Yet anyone who has watched kids using computers will know that this can't really be true.  Once you've broken through the barriers of jargon that surround using a computer, you'll find this box of electronics is no more difficult to work than a fax machine or a videocassette.  You'll soon find that a CD-ROM is no more a mystery than an audio CD player, and computer memory is something you will understand and not have to think about.  Our basic class is only the tip of the iceberg.
As a member of the FOS computer club, you are eligible to attend classes for $5. each or $10 for the season..
Request
We need some help!

There have been a  number of requests for various classes.  We would like to present these classes, however, there is a problem.  We do not have instructors.

Here are some of the subjects that people would like to learn:
1.  Internet: perhaps a baisc course in how to access sites and using different search engines.  All the computers can access the internet so it can be a hands on class.
2.  Quicken:
3.  Microsoft Word
4.  Windows XP
5.  Photo Programs

If you know the subject, but would like help in organizing a presentation, we can provide this.  Also, several members are willing to assist instructors in the classroom.
Please see the Calendar or Class Schedule for times and availablity of Class and where to register.
